Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c of mayo
1 TBLSP of Mustard
1/4 tsp of vinegar 
1 Tsp of paprika(optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Description:
1. Peel the hard boiled eggs ad slice them lengthwise.
2. Take the yolks out of the whites(KEEP THE WHITES) 

They should come out pretty easily.

3. Crumble up the yolks with a fork.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowel and mix them up.
5. You are ready to wait her spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites or pipe them in a baggy like I did.

How to pipe: 1. Take a baggy an put it into a cup and fold the top(about an inch) over the cup.

2. Spoon the yolk mixture into the baggy.
4.zip up the baggy!
5. And snip off the tip.
Just a little bit(depending on how big you want the piping to be.

6. Squeeze the mixture into the egg white halves.
7. Enjoy!

Lemon cupcakes!!!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cupcake pan with cupcake wrappers.


    1. Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set mixture aside.
    2. Separate the eggs. In a large bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/2 cup of the sugar, beating until stiff glossy peaks form. Set aside.
    3. Cream butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest, and lemon juice together until fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with the yogurt to the egg yolk mixture. Gently fold in the egg whites and pour the batter into the prepared pan.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to finish cooling. Serves 12.
    5. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!!!!!

    Crepes

    I found a recipe for crepes and they turned out wonderful!










    Here's the recipe:


    Ingredients

    1c flour
    11/2 c milk
    1tsp.vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp.salt



    1. Blend ingredients well with whisk.
    2. Pour about a quarter cup of batter into a skillet.
    Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly for a thin layer.
    When they are golden brown.
    Place between layers of paper towels.
    3. Fill the crepes with anything from chocolate syrup to nuetella
    To marmalade.

    Happy Birthday MOM, CUPCAKES!!!!!

                           I made these adorable Yellow cupcakes for my beautiful moms birthday

                              The frosting is my own homemade recipe.
                           My parents told me it taste like Pillsbury frosting 

            Here is the recipe:

    1 TBSP vanilla       1 (8 ounce) pk of cream cheese
     4 cups powder sugar  2\3 c softened butter not margarine
    3 to 4 tbsp milk

    Beat the butter and the cream cheese together with an electric mixer on high for 1 minute or until just mixed.
    add the vanilla,beat well.
    mix in the powdered  sugar little by little.
    add more milk for thiner frosting and more sugar for thicker.

    I decided to can it to use later it will last up to 5 days.
